What are you reading this summer?

I hope you are having a great summer so far! I am starting a new book today! The title is Raymie Nightingale by: Kate DiCamillo. She is the same author who wrote Because of Winn Dixie, The Tale of  Despereaux and Flora and Ulysses. As I read Raymie Nightingale, I’m going to be looking for the theme or the central message in the story. I’m also going to be reading to see if the main character changes throughout the story. This just might be a book that I will use for a lesson in 3rd, 4th or 5th grade.

I have made a few updates to the Kerrick Library LibGuide. I plan to do more as the summer continues. Keep checking back to see what I have added.
